Spring! SOLO Menari 2014

My country Indonesia don’t have spring season, we only have summer and rainy.

So I described spring like festivals which held anually in my hometown, Surakarta or known as Solo.

We celebrated World Dance Day which held every 29 April and it named “Solo Menari”.

The dancers performed in university ( ISI Surakarta – Institut Seni Indonesia Surakarta ), malls and along the main street.

Dancers wore traditional costume, performed with ethnic music, showed in front of audience for free. :-)
